摘要
测定了桃属(Amygdalus L.)8个野生种的ITS序列,并结合GenBank中已有的3个近缘属(李属、杏属和樱属)18个代表种的ITS数据,组成数据距阵,应用PAUP程序中的最大简约法构建了核果类果树桃李杏梅樱的系统发育关系。结果表明:基因树上,桃李杏梅樱类植物被分成2大分支,樱属(Cerasus Mill.)各个种构成一单系分支(CladeⅠ),并与其余各属构成另一单系分支,形成姊妹群关系位于系统发育树的基部,自展支持率分别为68%;而李属(Prunus L.)、杏属(Armeniaca Mill.)和桃属(Amygdalus L.)聚在一起构成另一个单系分支(CladeⅡ),得到了Bootstrap值的有力支持(100%),表明它们三属之间可能存在很近的亲缘关系或具有共同的起源。在CladeⅡ分支内又分成两支,一支为桃属,一支为李属和杏属,其自展支持率为100%和54%。最后根据ITS基因树并结合各属的形态特征及地理分布讨论了核果类果树的进化和分类问题。
The internal transcribed spacer (ITS) regions of nuclear ribosomal DNA from 8 species of Amygdalus L. were sequenced, and analyzed together with other ITS sequences ( from GenBank) of 18 species representing genera Cerasus Mill. , Armeniaca Mill. , and Prunus L. Taking Padus racemosa (Lam.) Gilib. and Padus buergeriana ( Miq. ) Y et Ku as outgroups, phylogenetic analysis of ITS sequences was made by using PAUP4. 0b4a software. Resusts indicated that 1 ) The consensus tree could be divided into two main clades, Cerasus Mill. and the remaining genera, supported by bootstrap values of 68% and 100%, respectively. 2) Species of Cerasus Mill. formed a basal group ( Clade Ⅰ ). Prunus L. , Armeniaca Mill. and Amygdalus L. formed a monophyletic group (Clade Ⅱ ) with bootstrap value of 100%, which implied that they had close relationships with each other and probably had a common origin. Clade Ⅱ was divided into two subclades. One was Amygdalus L. , and the other was Prunus L. and Armeniaca Mill. Bootstrap values for these two subclades were 100% and 54%, respectively. The evolutional and taxonomic relationships of stone fruits were discussed based on the phylogenetic analysis of ITS sequences, morphological characters and geographical distribution.
