睡莲科植物过氧化物酶同工酶的排序分析 被引量:5

摘要 运用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶不连续垂直平板电泳技术和醋酸联苯胺染色法对睡莲科植物花部组织的过氧化物酶同工酶进行测定,结合该类植物的叶片和叶(?)酶谱,对莲、白睡莲、红睡莲、黄睡莲、莼菜和萍蓬草排序。结果表明:同一属的白睡莲、红睡莲和黄睡莲亲缘关系密切,而不同属的萍蓬草、莼菜和莲之间的亲缘关系较远。并且这3个属与睡莲的亲缘关系亦较疏远。被测植物中,莲和其它植物的不相似性最大。 By means of discontinuons and vertical PAGE technique,the peroxidase isozymes(stainingwith acetic—diaminophane)in the tissues of some flowers of Nymphaeaceae have been determined withpolar ordination among Nulumbo nucifea,Numphaea alba presl,Nymphaea hybrida trains,Nuphar pumilum andBrasenia schreberi being analised.In comparing the previous results abtained from leaves and petioles.ofthese plants,the conclusion maybe summarized as follwing:(1)Nymphaea alba presl and N.hybrida trains belong to same genus,they are closely related;(2)Brasenia schreberi,Nuphor pumilum and Nulumbo nucifera belong to different genus,the geneticrelationships among them are rather distant;(3)Genetic relationship of Nymphaea to that of Brasenia schreberi,Nuphor pumilum or Nulumbonucifera is quite remote too,for they are not members of same genus;(4)In comparing Nulumbo nucifera with all of the other tested members of Nymphaeaceae,thedissimilarities appear to be the greatest.
