摘要
对桃、李、梅、杏过氧化物酶同工酶的研究表明,4种核果类植物具有许多同源相似之处,但也反映出种群之间的明显差异;在酶谱构型的复杂程度上,李最简单,桃最复杂,梅、杏介于桃、李之间.
The peroxidase in the mature leaves of Peach,Plum,Mei and Apricot were studied and the results showed that peroxidase patterns of all these species had two characteristic enzyme bands:P 1 (Rf =0 07) and P 3 (Rf =0 24).Both Mei and Apricot had another band P 4 (Rf =0 30).The pattern of Peach was complex and of Apricot was simple.It was proposed that the evolutionary trends of these four species may be Plum → Apricot → Mei → Peach.
