摘要
[目的]了解某消毒液反复使用的安全性。[方法]按照卫生部《消毒技术规范》的检验及评价方法进行毒理学试验。[结果]对皮肤刺激、眼刺激、阴道粘膜刺激属无刺激性;急性经口毒性属实际无毒级;对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞无致微核作用;亚急性毒性试验中各剂量组均未观察到毒作用。[结论]该消毒液安全性可靠,可应用于临床使用。
[Objective] To study the security on repeated using of Iodophor. [Methods]To perform toxicology experiments according to the evaluation and testing approaches in MOH＇s《Technical Standard For Disinfection》.[Results]This a gent had no irritation to skin, vagina mucosa,and eyes, and had no micronucleus formation inductive effect. The mnuse acute oral toxicity test suggested it belonged to practically non-toxic substance. No toxic effect was observed in every different dosage group during the subacute toxicity experiments. [Conclusion]Iodophor was a kind of safe and stable disinfectant and suitable for clinical application.
