摘要
以研磨法制备中性固体碘伏。用其含100mg/L有效碘溶液对金黄色葡萄球菌与大肠杆菌作用3min,含250mg/L有效碘溶液对白色念珠菌作用8min,含4000mg/L有效碘溶液对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用120min,杀灭率均达99.9%。其杀菌作用随有效碘含量与作用时间增加而加强,随有机物增多而减弱。
Solid
iodophor was prepared by grinding dry iodine and polyvinylpyrrolidone at a ratio of 40210 to
55195 in a ceramic ball crusher. Then 1000 g of the solid iodophor was mixed with 100115 g of
sodium bicarbonate and ground further for 1216 h at 40 to form deep brown-colored powder-like
neutral solid iodophor containing about 16% available iodine, with pH value of its solution being
6772In suspension test, the killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli
exposed to solution of the iodophor containing available iodine 100 mg/L for 3 min, Candida
albicans exposed to solution of the iodophor containing available iodine 150 mg/L for 8 min
and TBXBacillus subtilis var. niger spores exposed to solution of the iodophor containing
available iodine 4000 mg/L were all 999%. The germicidal efficacy increased with increasing
available iodine content and exposure time and decreased with increasing organic subtance
contents. After stored in air-tight brown glass bottle at 1626 for 2 years, the iodophor powder
lost 847% of its available iodine content.
