摘要
为了更好地开展期刊评价，提高期刊质量和学术水平，文章针对期刊，尤其是人文社会科学学术期刊评价实践中存在的评价目的不清晰、分类不恰当、指标过少或过多、定性定量结合不紧和评价办法待完善等基本问题，分析了原因，提出了建议。
For the sake of making the evaluation of jourrals better and enhancing the journal quality and academic level, this article points out some problems in the evaluation practice of journals in humanities and social sciences： the purpose of the journal evaluation is not clear, classification for journals and evaluation index is not fit, the qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation are not combined closer and the methods of evaluation are needed to advance. Then the authors make analyses of causes and raise suggestions on solution of these problems.
