摘要
作者从不同的视角对核心期刊、期刊评价、科学评价与期刊评价指标以及核心期刊是福还是祸等问题阐述了自己的观点与看法，比较客观地反映了当前国内在核心期刊研究与应用方面存在的种种问题。
Through different visual angles, the author discusses several issues about core journals, journal evaluation, indices of science evaluation and journal evaluation, and whether the core journal is good fortune or misfortune, he also brings up his own view point. This article reflects rather objectively some problems about the current researches and applications of core journals in China.
