摘要
本研究根据系统性、可操作性、有效性、可比性、动态性和导向性六项基本原则,采用头脑风暴法理论遴选了48个评价指标构成了我国省市(自治区)哲学社会科学事业发展的理论评价指标体系。采用专家调查和隶属度分析方法对理论评价指标进行了实证筛选,建立了包括评价目标(目标层)、3个评价维度(维度层)、10个评价领域(领域层)和40个评价指标(评价指标层)的我国省市(自治区)哲学社会科学事业发展的评价指标体系。以数学软件Mathematica6.0为工具,采用AHP法研究确定了3个评价维度、10个评价领域和40个评价指标的权重系数,并建立了我国省市(自治区)哲学社会科学事业发展的评价模型。
Based on systematic; operative ; effective; comparative; dynamic; directional six principals, 48 evaluation indexes selected by brainstorming form the evaluation system to evaluate the development of philosophical social science in China. The indexes are screened by savant investigation and membership analysis through case study. Then the evaluation system of philosophical social science which includes objective （ objective tier） ; three evaluation dimensions （ dimension tier） and 40 evaluation indexes is constructed. With the help of Mathematica 6.0, three dimensions are confirmed by AHP; ten areas and the rights of 40 evaluation indexes are confirmed too. A model to evaluate the development of philosophical social science is constructed.
