摘要
高等教育改革和大众化过程最大的制约因素是经费问题。在目前财政性教育投入不足,各个投资主体不活跃,教育投资资金使用效益不高的情况下,从政府、社会、高校自身三个层面拓展教育投资来源渠道具有重要的时代意义。
Fund shortage is the biggest obstacle of restricting the reform and popularization of higher education. Insufficient financial input, inactive investment from investors and inefficient utilization of education fund make it necessary for the government, society and universities to expand channels to collect education investment funds. This practice is of great significance at present.
