摘要
本文对培养计算机类实践性课程创新人才进行了讨论，从建立实践教学体系、引入有兴趣和有能力的教师、研究和培养学生喜爱实验的健康心理、建立适合管理综合设计型实验项目的管理办法、建立创新实践基地等方面提出了具体的改革方案。
This paper discusses how to train innovative talents of practical courses for computer education, and proposes some specific reform scheme. It includes construction of practical teaching system, importing interested and capable teachers, study and cultivation of students＇ healthy psychology in college experiments, establishment of innovative management ways in comprehensive and self-designed experiment projects, construction of innovative practice base and so on.
