摘要 目的探索小波神经网络模型在肺癌研究中的应用价值。方法给出了小波神经网络模型的理论分析,在肺癌生物医学实验研究的基础上,利用小波神经网络模型综合研究肺癌患者的各项指标对预后的影响。结果小波神经网络模型能够反映包括调控基因在内的诸多因素与肺癌患者预后之间的关系。结论小波神经网络模型可以为肺癌研究提供新途径。 Objective To study the feasibility of using wavelet neural network model in the study on lung cancer. Methods The theoretical analysis of wavelet neural network model was presented. On the basis of biological and medical experimental studies of lung cancer, the relationship between the indexes of lung cancer and its prognosis was studied by using wavelet neural network model. Re.stilts Wavelet neural network model could meet the requirements in the study on the relationship between the indexes, including the regulation genes, and the prognosis of lung cancer. Conclusion Wavelet neural network models provide a new way for the study on lung cancer.
