摘要
目的 探索构造因子对肺癌CT图像纹理特征指标的影响.方法 采用数值模拟研究不同取值的构造因子对基于灰度共生矩阵提取的肺癌CT图像纹理特征指标的影响.结果 给出了能量、惯性矩、熵、局部平稳性（逆差矩）随生成步长不同取值的变化曲线.结论 构造因子的合理选取有助于肺癌CT图像特征指标的提取,有利于建立适用于肺癌分型的辅助诊断模型.
Objective To explore the influence of structure factors on texture feature indexes extracted from lung cancer CT images. Methods Numerical simulations were carried out to research the influence of different structure fac- tors on texture feature indexes extracted from lung cancer CT images by gray level co - occurrence matrix method. Results The relationship curves between energy, moment of inertia, entropy, inverse diffence moment and the generating step value were given. Conclusion Reasonable selection of structure factors is helpful to the extraction of feature indexes fi＇om lung CT image, and is conducive to the establishment of classification diagnosis model suitable for lung cancer.
