摘要
测定了中药川明参和北沙参中氨基酸的含量和组成。结果表明：川明参和北沙参至少含１３种氨基酸，其中含丰富的天冬氨酸和谷氨酸，还含有人体必需的七种氨基酸。
The contents and compositions of amino acids in two tradtional chinese medicines Radix chuanminshen,( Chuanminshen Violaceum Sheh et Shan) and ( Glehnia Littoralis Fr.Schmidt ex Mip) were determined.The results show that there are at least 13 kinds of amino acids in them,and 7 kinds of which are essential amino acids in human body.It provides reference basis for further studying and developing the two medicines.
