摘要
目的建立川明参药材中总香豆素含量测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法,以8-羟基-5-甲氧基补骨脂素为对照品,检测波长为273 nm。结果在1.53~7.65μg/ml质量浓度范围内,对照品8-羟基-5-甲氧基补骨脂素的吸光度和浓度线性关系良好,r=0.9991。平均回收率为101.8%,RSD=2.37%(n=6)。结论该法简便,可靠,为有效控制川明参药材质量奠定了一定的基础。
Objective To establish a method for determination of the content of total coumarin in Chuanminshen viloaceum. Methods With 8-hydroxy-5-methoxypsoralen as the standard, the Coumarin in C. viloaeeum was detected at 273 nm by UV spectropho tometry. Results The absorbency and concentration of 8-hydroxy-5-mcthoxypsoralen had a good linear relation in the range of 1.53 - 7.65 ( g/ml ( r = 0.9991 ). The average recovery rate was 101.8 %, RSD = 2.37 % ( n = 6 ). Conclusion This method of content determination is simple and repeatable. Our research has laid a foundation for the quality evaluation on crude chuanminshen.
