摘要
[目的]提出北沙参种子的质量分级标准。[方法]通过测定不同产地的北沙参种子净度、千粒重、含水量、发芽率,观察种子的外部特征,初步制订了北沙参种子的质量分级标准。[结果]北沙参种子净度在90%以上,千粒重为22.38~24.09g。烘干法测定北沙参种子含水量的标准方法是将种子磨碎后在130℃下烘干7h。低温沙藏的北沙参种子发芽率最高,冷冻贮藏的次之,冷冻沙藏的最低。[结论]一级北沙参种子褐色或黄褐色,净度≥95%,千粒重≥23.5g,含水量≤12.0%,发芽率≥13.5%;二级北沙参种子黄褐色或黄棕色,净度90%~95%,千粒重22.5—23.5g,含水量12.0%~14.0%,发芽率11.5%~13.5%;三级北沙参种子黄棕色或土黄色,净度≤90%,千粒重≤22.5g,含水量14.0%~16.0%,发芽率≤11.5%。
[ Objective ] The study was to propose the quality classification standard of Glehnia littoralis seed. [ Method ] Through the detection on seed purity, 1 000-grain weight, water content, germination rate of G. littoralis from different producing area, and observation on seed external characters, the primary seed quality classification standard of G. littoralis was preliminarily formulated. [ Result] The seed purity of G. littoralis was above 90% , and 1 000 -grain weight was between 22.38 - 24.09 g. The standard method of drying method in detecting G. littoralis seed water content was to grind seed and dry it for 7 h under 130 ℃. The germination rate of G. littoralis seed by cold sand storage was highest, followed by that with freezing storage, the lowest was that by freezing sand storage. [ Conclusion] The first level G. littoralis seed was brown or mulatto, seed purity was above 95% , 1 000-grain weight was above 23.5 g, water content was lower than 12.0% , germination rate was over 13.5%. The second level G. littoralis seed was mulatto or yellowish brown, seed purity was between 90% - 95% , 1 000-grain weight was between 22.5 - 23.5 g, water content was between 12.0% - 14.0%, germination rate was between 11.5% - 13.5% ; the third level G. littoralis seed was yellowish brown or khaki, seed purity was below 90% , 1 000-grain weight was below 22.5 g, water content was between 14.0% - 16.0% , germination rate was below 11.5%.
