摘要
在已建立数学模型的基础上,根据建模时的刃磨方法,推导了刃磨参数与结构参数及设计参数的关系式;分析了刃磨参数的变化对设计参数的影响.对“S”
Based on the mathmatical model established and the grinding methods, the relational expression between the grinding parameters and designing parameters is proposed. The variety of the designing paramater is analysed when the grinding parameters change. The conclusions are theoretically useful to the disign of the machine sharpening of the ball nose end mill with “S” shape major cutting edges and the sharpening machine tool of this cutter.
