摘要
根据现有的五轴数控磨床刃磨运动的特点,运用几何学与运动学原理,以正交螺旋型刃口曲线为基础,建立了砂轮加工球头立铣刀前刀面、后刀面的刀位轨迹模型,即包括砂轮中心与轴线矢量模型。该研究为实现在现有的磨床上加工或修磨球头立铣刀提供了理论基础,也为其他类似磨床进行刀具加工的研究提供参考。
Based on normal helix cutting edge geometric model and machining characteristic of grinder MK6335A, applying the principles of geometry and kinematics, the tool paths models of enveloping rake & flank face were set up, which included tool center and tool - axes vector. This study would provide sufficient academic basics and direction about manufacturing of ball - end mills on the existing NC grinder. Also, it would be ready for the tools machining research of other similar grinders.
