摘要
圆柱形球头立铣刀是一种高效刀具。本文推导出球头立铣刀周齿螺旋面、Ｓ刃前刀面的数学模型，Ｓ刃的方程式以及刃磨Ｓ刃时运动参数的关系，并初步探讨了周齿螺旋面与Ｓ刃前面的光滑连接问题。
The cylindrical end mill with ball-nose is one kind of highly efficient cutting tool.In this paper,the writers have inferred the mathematical model of the ball-nose end mill's cylindrical helix surface,S edge rake face,and the equation of S edge.They also studied the relation between the required motion parameters during grinding of the S edge,and deliberated the problem about the smooth connection of the cylindrical helix surface with the S edge rake face.
