摘要
通过瞬时切削力模型、瞬时切削合力模型、每转平均切削力模型等建立球头铣刀铣削力模型。建立球头铣刀三维实体模型并导入ANSYS中,对球头铣刀进行静态分析和模态分析。仿真结果表明,球头铣刀在加工中的变形量较小,承载的最大应力在材料性能允许的范围内。球头铣刀在外力作用下的振动频率离固有频率较远,不会发生共振现象,由此引起的刀具振动和变形较小。
Ball milling force model is established by instaneous cutting force model,the instantaneous cutting resultant force model and average cutting force model per revolution.Established three-dimensional solid model of ball end mill,and which is imported into ANSYS software,a static analysis and modal analysis are finished with the ball end mill.Simulation results show that there is little amount of deformation in process,carrying the maximum stress in the material properties to the extent permitted.Vibration frequency of ball end mill by an external force is far from the natural frequency of it,resonance phenomenon does not occur,so vibration and deformation of ball end mill are not abvious.
