摘要
目的:建立测定孕妇金花片中黄芩苷含量的反相高效液相色谱法。方法:采用 Phenomenex C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm);紫外检测波长为280 nm;流动相为乙腈-水-磷酸(30:70:0.1),流速为1 mL·min^(-1),柱温为40℃。结果:黄芩苷浓度在8.3~83.0μg.mL^(-1)的范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999)。平均回收率(RSD)分别为98.6%(1.5%),98.9%(1.5%),99.7%(1.1%)(n=3)。结论:本法简便、实用,分析结果准确、可靠,可作为孕妇金花片的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish an RP - HPLC for determination of baicalin in Yunfu Jinhua tablets. Methods: Baicalin was determinated by HPLC with a Phenomenex C18 column(250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm) with UV detection at 280 nm, the mobile phase was contained of acetonitrile -water -phosphoric acid(30: 70: 0. 1 ), the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1 ,the column temperature was 40 ℃. Results:The linear range of baicalin was within 8.3 - 83.0 μg · mL^-1 ,r =0. 9999. The mean recovery (RSD) was 98.6% ( 1.5% ) ,98.9% ( 1.5% ) ,99. 7% ( 1.1% ) ( n = 3 ) respectively. Conclusion: This method is simple, practical, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Yunfu Jinhua tablets.
