摘要
目的:利用 HPLC-ELSD 法测定地奥心血康胶囊中薯蓣皂苷的含量。方法:色谱柱:YWG C_(18)柱250mm×4.6mm,10μm;流动相:乙腈-水(55:45);流速:1.0mL·min^(-1);载气流速2.4mL·min^(-1);雾化温度:90.3℃左右;柱温:室温。结果:薯蓣皂苷的线性范围为:160～600μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9999)。平均回收率为100.16%,RSD=1.65%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可作为地奥心血康胶囊的质量控制。
Objective： To develop a new quantitative analysis method for the determination of diosein in di＇aoxinxuekang Capsules by HPLC - ELSD. Methods： Chromatographic ： The peak of diosein has a retain time at 10 min. The chromatographic condition was as follows： chromatographic column：4. 6 mm×4.6mm,10μm, mobile phase ： acetonitrile and water （55： 45 ） ; mobile phase flow rate ： 1.0 mL ·min^-1 ; column temperature was ambient temperature;clear air pressure：5 × 105Pa and drift tube temperature：90. 3 ℃. Results：Diosein was well -separated. The linear calibration curve was obtained in the concentration rang of 160 -600μg·mL^-1 （r =0. 9999）. The average recovery of diosein was 100. 16%, RSD = 1.65 % （ n = 9）. Conclusion： This method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It is also proposed to be used for quality control of di＇aoxinxuekang capsules.
