摘要
目的建立用高效液相法测定安宫牛黄丸中黄芩苷含量的测定方法。方法采用色谱柱:Hypersil C18(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水-磷酸(28∶72∶0.2);流速:1.0 mL·min-1;检测波长:280 nm。结果黄芩苷在进样量100~1200 ng范围内线性良好,r=0.999 8,平均回收率为101.6%,RSD为2.3%。结论该法操作简单、重现性好、专属性高,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To develop an HPLC method for the quantitative determination of baicalin in Angong Niuhuang Pill. Methods The chromatographic conditions included column Hypersil Cls (250 mm X4.6 ram,5 μm) ,with mobile phase of acetonitrile-water-phosphorie acid(28:72:0.2). The flow rate was set at 1.0mL . min-1, wavelength at 280 nm. Results The linearity of baiealin was in the sample range of 100 - 1 200 ng,r =0.999 8 and the average recovery was 101.6% with RSD 2.3%. Conclusion This method is simple with good reproducibility and available for quality control of baicalin in Angong Niuhuang Pill.
