摘要
目的:验证不同类型药品微生物限度检验方法的可行性。方法:在样品1:10的稀释级中加入已知的阳性菌,观察其回收率。结果:检测的三类药品测定菌落计数的方法各不相同。结论:对各种药品进行微生物限度检查方法的验证是很有必要的。
Objective：Feasibility for the methods of inspecting microbe limitation were tested and verified. Method：Adopting known microbe in concentration level of 1：10 of samples, and observing their recoveries, Result：The inspection methods of colony counting about three type drugs were different. Conclusion：It is necessary to test and verify the method of inspecting microbe limitation for each type of drug.
