摘要
中国生物技术发展具有广阔的生物技术产品市场前景,相当丰富的生物资源与生物技术人才资源,比较完善的生物技术研发体系,初具规模的生物技术产业等战略优势。因此,中国应以发展农业生物技术、医药生物技术、工业生物技术、能源生物技术、环境生物技术为战略内容,以精神生态、人才团队、物质平台、制度环境为战略关键,以管理体制、投融资与财税、知识产权、生物资源为战略保障。
The China biotechnology development has the strategic advantages of the broad biotechnology produce market prospect, the quite rich biological resources ＆ the biotechnology human resources, the relatively perfect biotechnology research ＆ development system, the shaping technology industry, and so on. Therefore, China should take the agriculture biotechnology, the medicine biotechnology, the industry biotechnology, the energy bioteehnology, the environment biotechnology as the developmental strategic content, take the energetic ecology, the talented person team, the material platform and the system environment as the developmental strategic key, take the management system, the finance ＆ taxation, the intellectual property rights and the biological resources as the developmental strategic safeguard.
