摘要
公共健康已经成为发展中国家面临的一个突出问题。公共健康可以定义为公众的健康,公共健康伦理旨在对公共健康进行伦理学研究,其主要使命在于为促进公众健康、预防疾病、减少风险和伤害提供伦理支持。公共健康伦理的根本目标———公众的健康可以分阶段、分步骤地实现。
Public health has become a crucial issue in the developing countries. Public health can be defined as population health. The main concern of public health ethics is with how we can deal with public health issues ethically. Its main mission serves as impro- ving health, preventing diseases, reducing harms and risks ethically. The fundamental goal for public health ethics population health can be carried out step by step.
