摘要
制备出一种新型弱酸性非抑制电导检测阳离子色谱固定相,并通过对色谱条件的摸索选择,成功实现了常见一价、二价阳离子的分离检测,以及过渡金属离子Ni2+,Mn2+的分离检测.选用甲基磺酸溶液(2 mmol.L-1)和草酸(0.5 mmol.L-1)的混合液作为流动相,一步分离并测得了Li+、Na+、NH4+、K+、Mg2+、Ca2+6种阳离子的检测限和线性范围.选用酒石酸(2 mmol.L-1)和草酸(1 mmol.L-1)的混合溶液为流动相,成功分离并测得了过渡金属离子Ni2+,Mn2+的检测限和线性范围.用于雨水分析,实验结果良好,应用效果令人满意.
Any analytical method may have some drawbacks and limitations. A major disadvantage of the original ion chromatograph is that it requires the use of a large suppressor column that contributed to peak broadening and requires frequent regeneration. A new chromatographic stationary phase of monodispersed pellicular cation exchanger was prepared. Its chromatographic properties were evaluated by non-suppressed ion chromatography with alkali metal (Li^+ , Na^+ , K^+ ), ammonium (NH4^+ ), alkaline earth metal (Mg^2+ , Ca^2+ ), and transition metal ions (Ni^2+ , Mn^2+ ). The common mono- and divalent cations can be separated by elution with 2 mmol·L^-1 methyl vitriol and 1 mmol· L^-1 oxalic acid, and Ni^2+ , Mn^2+ can be separated by tartaric acid and oxalic acid (2 : 1). The results showed that the chromatographic stationary phase provided good resolution, low detection limit and good repeatability. And it can be used in practice.
