摘要
以自制6.5μm单分散多孔交联聚氯甲基苯乙烯-二乙烯苯(PCMS-DVB)微球为基质,制备了一种新型弱酸性阳离子色谱填料.用5mmol/L甲烷磺酸做淋洗液,在体积流量为1.0mL/min时,对4种一价无机阳离子(Li+,Na+,NH4+,K+)和有机胺进行了良好分离.考察了淋洗液种类、浓度以及体积流量对无机阳离子分离的影响,确定了合适的分离条件.结果表明,4种一价阳离子在一定浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系和低的检出限.将其用于宁夏枸杞中阳离子的分离测定,与原子吸收法的测定结果基本一致,分离效果与Dionex ionPac?CS12A商品柱接近,但分析时间缩短了15min.
A kind of weakly acidic cation stationary phase was prepared by chemical modification of 6.5 μm monodisperse macroporous poly(chloromethylstyrene-co-divinylbenzene) (PCMS-DVB) beads. The influence of the eluent type, concentration and the flow rate for the separation of four cations was investigated. Alkali metals (Li^+, Na^+ and K^+) , ammonium (NH4^+) and organic amines can be separated under the experiment conditions of using 5 mmol/L methyl vitriol as the elution with the flow rate of 1. 0 mL/min. The results showed that the four cations had good linear relationship and low detection limit. The column was further tested for the separation of inorganic cations from lyciurn barbarum L. The effect of resolution was consistant with the results obtained by using AAS method. In comparison with the IonPac CS12A cation exchanger column, the effect of separation of inorganic cations is almost the same as chemical modidified PCMS-DVB beads column used, whereas the analysis time is shorter than 15 min.
