摘要
设计了一种精准的升压型DC-DC转换器自调节斜坡补偿电路,包括反馈信号产生电路,固定斜率的斜坡信号产生电路,反馈信号转移电路和自调节斜坡信号产生电路四部分。其产生的斜坡信号斜率随输入电压变化而自动精确调节,消除了欠补偿和过补偿现象。与传统的设计相比,该结构具有精度高、电路结构相对简单等特点。最后,给出了具体的仿真结果。
A precise self-regulation slope compensation circuit for DC-DC boost converter is proposed, which contains a feedback signal generator, a defined slope signal generator, a feedback signal transfer circuit and a self-regulation slope signal generator. The slope compensation signal can be self-regulated as the input voltage changes, which eliminates under-compensation and over-compensation.
