摘要
设计了一种基于片内PID补偿并具有宽输入电压范围的高压Buck变换器。该变换器采用有源电感、有源电容以及密勒电容实现片内PID补偿,从而简化了芯片外围电路的设计。通过改变PID补偿器中低频极点的位置,实现增益补偿,以保证在整个输入电压范围内反馈环路的稳定性。使用Matlab和HSpice软件对环路进行建模、分析和设计。结果表明,该变换器在8~30V的输入电压范围内可以稳定地工作,线性调整率小于0.013%/V。
A high-voltage buck converter based on on-chip PID compensator with wide input voltage range was designed.The on-chip PID compensator was implemented by using active inductor and capacitor,as well as Miller capacitor,which simplified the design of peripheral circuits.The stability of feedback loop over wide input voltage range was guaranteed by gain compensation,which was realized by changing location of low frequency pole in the PID compensator.Modeling,analysis and design of the loop were performed based on Matlab and HSPICE.Results from simulation showed that the converter operated well over full input range from 8 V to 30 V,and it had a line regulation less than 0.013%/V.
