摘要
采用细胞动力学的方法,对芦笋、香菇、苋菜、芥蓝四种蔬菜(共8个品种)在二甲基苯蒽(DMBA)短期及长期作用下诱导的金黄地鼠颊囊肿瘤形成过程中的细胞动力学参数的变化进行了研究。结果表明:四种蔬菜均可在一定程度上阻抑DMBA的化学致癌作用,其中以香菇、芦笋的效果较好;此外,品种间也存在着一定的差异。
he inhibitory cffccts of 8 cultivars of asparagus,mushroom,amaranth and Cmnese kale on the formation of DMBA-induced tumors in hamsters were studied.Cell kinetic parameters were used as the indicator variable.The results showed that these vegetables exhibited cancer-preventive effects on the formation of carcinogen(DMBA)-induced tumors both in short time and longer period.Among these 4 vegetables,asparagus and mushroom exhibited the strongest inhbition.Inhibition efficacy of different cultivars was also measured.
