摘要
用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了苋菜的五个不同部位中11种矿元素的含量,实验结果表明,苋菜中含有丰富的矿物质,其中对人体的生理作用较重要的钙,铁,锰,锌,铜等的含量较高。对苋菜的不同部位中11种元素进行分析比较,发现根,茎,叶,籽和籽皮中它们的加合量(μg.g-1)由低到高的顺序依次是:叶(220 954.17)>根(129 936.82)>茎(102 601.54)>籽(79 555.98)>籽皮(47 048.95)。从样品中得到的结果发现,同种元素在不同部位中的含量也有一定的差别。
This article established a method for determination of 11 metal elements in five places of amaranthus muricatus by flame atomic absorption speetrophotometry. The experimental results show that there are richer contents of Ca, Fe, Zn, Cu and Mn in amaranthus muricatus which are essential to human' s body. The contents of 11 metal elements in the sheet, seed, leaf, stem and root were compared. According to the order from high to low, their additive weight ( μg·g^-1) is as follow: leaf (220 954.17) 〉 root (129 936.82) 〉 stem (102 601.54) 〉 seed(79 555.98) 〉 sheet (47 048.95). The method is simple and accurate. The experimental results show that there are considerable differences of the content of the metal elements in the different places.
