摘要
介绍了有限元法在塑性加工领域的研究进展;论述了刚(粘)塑性有限元法的主要思想和处理方法。基于前期的本构模型,得出了刚粘塑性有限元法的求解列式。对数值模拟的程序实现及关键技术,也作了介绍,并对有限元数值模拟的发展前景作了预测。
The progress of FEM simulation for metal deformation process is reviewed. The main theory of rigid (visco)-plastic FEM is dealt with. Based on the former constitutive model, the calculation formulas for rigid (visco)-plastic FEM are obtained. The computer system of FEM numberical simulation is also discussed. Finally, the prospects of the applications of FEM simulation to metal deformation are predicted.
