摘要
阐述了滚磨光整加工中介质运动的分形特性及分形中的 L系统的主要思想 ,并对离心式滚磨光整加工中的介质运动进行了分析。用 L系统对这一运动进行了标记 ,并描述了介质的运动轨迹。应用此方法可以快捷判断介质的某些参数对加工效果的影响 ,并预测其加工结果 。
This paper describes the fractal characteristics of the medium movement in barrel finishing, and the main idea of L system in fractal. The authors analyze the medium movement in discentral barrel finishing, mark it by L system, and describe its track.With this method,the influence of the parameters of the medium on finishing can be judged effectively,and the finishing result can be foreseen,so the time of design and experments can be cut dwon.
