金属塑性变形过程的刚(粘)塑性有限元数值模拟

摘要 介绍有限元法在塑性加工领域的研究进展和数值模拟的程序实现及关键技术;论述了刚(粘)塑性有限元法的主要思想和处理方法.基于前期的本构模型,得出了刚(粘)塑性有限元法的求解列式.并对有限元数值模拟的发展前景作了预测. The progress in FEM simulation for plastic metal forming was summarized, the key techniques for realizing the numerical simulation described, and the fundamentals and methods of rigid-(visco-) plasticity FEM for dealing with the metal forming were elucidated in the paper. Based on a former constitutive model, the calculation formulas for rigid-(visco) plasticity FEM were worked out, and an overview on the development of FEM numerical simulation was made.
