摘要
金属塑性成形过程是一个非常复杂的弹塑性大变形过程,有限元法是用于金属成形过程模拟中一种有效的数值计算方法。本文概括地介绍了弹塑性、弹粘塑性、刚塑性、刚粘塑性四种有限元法,系统地讨论了有限元模拟中的关键技术,即几何模型的建立、单元类型的选择、网格的划分与重划分、接触和摩擦问题等技术,并结合实例说明了三维有限元模拟在金属塑性成形领域中的具体应用。最后,基于现存问题提出了自己的见解。
Four types of such as elastic-plastic FEM,elastic viscid-plastic FEM,rigid-plastic FEM and rigid viscid-plastic FEM have been introduced resumptively with systematical discussion about key technique of finite el-ement simulation including geometrical modeling,element type selecting,meshing and remeshing,contact and fric-tion problem,combined with a practical example of application of3D finite element simulation in metal plastic form-ing,ending with opinions based on existing problems.
