摘要
产学研合作既是高等院校三大职能的内在要求,也是建设创新型国家的必然选择。企业、高等院校、科研院所、政府以及中介组织共同构成产学研合作的五元主体,五元主体分别构成产学研合作的主导推动层、辅助参与层及环境保障层。在人才培养型产学研合作中,高等院校构成主导推动层,企业构成辅助参与层;在科技开发型产学研合作和生产经营型产学研合作中,企业处于主导推动层地位,高等院校、科研院所则发挥着辅助参与层的作用。在各种类型产学研合作中,政府与中介组织均处于环境保障层地位。
Enterprise-university-institute cooperation arises from the internal demand of the three major functions of a university and the construction of an innovative country. The five agents involved in such a cooperation are enterprises, universities, research institutes, the government and intermediary agencies, which form the three dimensions of initiator, participator, and environmental supporter. If the cooperation mainly aims at talent cultivation, universltiesact as the initiator and enterprises as participator.
