摘要
从分析我国企业工程技术人员创新能力的现状,探讨工科院校系统培养学生创新能力的主要途径,分析了产学研合作教育培养创新型人才的优势以及与传统教育的主要区别,对产学研合作教育的几种模式进行了比较,通过探讨产学研合作教育对创新型人才培养的有效性,阐述了高校实施创新教育应注意的几个问题。
From the analysis on the present situation of innovative ability of engineers in enterprises,we discussed about the main means of cultivating the students innovative ability in engineering colleges,analyzed the advantages of cultivating innovative talents of cooperative educational of combining learning with research and production and the main differences with the traditional education.Comparing with several modes of the cooperative educational of combining learning with research and production,through the efficiency to cultivate the innovative talents of exploring the cooperative educational of combining learning with research and production, the author also dictated some problems we should notice when carrying out the innovative education.
