摘要
本文从产学研结合的主体、地位、理论和具体的合作模式等几个方面总结了近年来国内产学研结合发展的新趋势。作者认为,产学研结合的主体应该是企业,产学研结合的地位已远远不是高校功能拓展的产物,而成为国家创新体系的有机组成成分。近年来国内产学研发展的具体创新模式表现为:技术资产经营模式、带土移植模式、代理创业模式、学科性公司模式和实验室+企业模式等。作者对产学研发展的未来趋势进行了讨论。
This study summarizes the recent new trend of the University-Industry-Science Partnership from the principal part, position and specific models. The authors hold that the enterprise should be the principle part, and the position of the University-Industry-Science Partnership has become the important component of the national innovation system. The specific models in the practice are technological-property model, transplanting model, deputy-entrepreneurship model, subject-company model and laboratory-enterprise model. The authors discuss the trend from the national reality.
