摘要
对汽车双层隔振系统的简谐振动隔离进行了深入研究,建立了含Ruzicka隔振器的汽车双层隔振系统的垂向振动模型,推导出隔振系统的绝对传递率公式。分析隔振系统动力参数对传递率的影响,应用MATLAB软件对双层隔振系统进行参数优化,确定了系统的最优阻尼比。结果表明:含Ruzicka隔振器的双层隔振系统隔振效果优于简单双层隔振系统。
The harmonic vibration isolation is studied deeply on double vibration is olation system of the automobile. The model of the vertical direction is established for this system which includes Ruzicka vibration isolation implement. The absolute transmissibility is deduces,, and the influence on the transmissibility is analyzed for motivate parameter of this system The parameter is optimized and the optimal damping ratio is confirming of this system by MATLAB software. The conclusion is obtained by analysis. This system which includes Ruzicka vibration isolation implement is better than the simple double vibration isolation system.
