摘要
此研究目的为掌握包装件跌落过程中产品的响应规律,更好地为包装设计服务。本文阐述了无阻尼跌落冲击力学模型和有阻尼跌落冲击力学模型的特点,探讨了包装件跌落冲击过程的五个阶段,分析了包装件跌落冲击过程的位移、力和加速度响应。结果表明,运动方程法和能量分析法的分析角度和求解过程不同,但最终所得产品响应均相等,说明两种分析方法均适用于包装件的跌落分析,但能量分析法更为简单。
The purpose of this study is to master the response rule of the product in the process of the drop of the package,and to better serve the packaging design.This paper describes the characteristics of the undamped and damped drop impact mechanical model,discusses the five stages of the drop impact process of the package,analyzes the displacement,force and acceleration response of the drop impact process of the package.The results show that the analysis angles and solving processes of motion equation method and energy analysis method are different,but the final product responses are equal,indicating that the two analysis methods are suitable for the drop analysis of packaging,but the energy analysis method is simpler.
