摘要 本文运用序列无约束极小化方法对双层隔振系统进行了优化设计。该系统是由两层弹性隔振元件装在被隔振的机器与机座之间,并在两层弹性元件之间安置一个中间质量,从而抑制了弹性波的传播。同时以双层隔振模型作为实例,通过上述优化方法编制的程序进行优化计算,求得其最优振动参数解。其理论分析与实验数据完全一致。 The optimum design for a double resilient mounting system by Sequential Unconstrained Minimization Technique was discussed. The system consists of an assembly supported by a set of isolation mountings carried by a cradle, which is, in turn, supported by another set of isolation mountings attached to the hull of a ship. A mechanical isolation model is taken as a sample problem for experimental verification. The optimized dynamic parameters are determined by a computer program based on the above mentioned technique. The experimental test results agree favourably with predicted analytical values.
