摘要
本研究从数量变化、地域分布、性别构成、学历及职称等方面,对1991年以来我国幼儿教师的人口学特征进行分析评估。研究发现,当前我国亟需扩大幼儿教师队伍规模,努力加强农村幼儿教师队伍建设,大力引进合格的男幼儿教师,继续提升幼儿教师的学历层次,进一步规范幼儿教师的职称评定工作,以促进我国幼儿教师整体素质发展和队伍建设。
This paper analyses the demography characteristics of teachers in kindergartens in China since 1991 from the aspects of the quantity, regional distributing, sexual structure, educational level and title of technical post, etc. It is found that we should enlarge the scale of teachers in kindergartens, strengthen the construction of teachers in rural areas, introduce eligible male teachers, continue to advance teachers'educational level and standardize the assessment work of teacher's technical post.
