摘要
研究合成了新试剂２－［（对硝基苯基）偶氮］桑色素，并对其理化性质、分析特性等作了鉴定。系统地研究了该试剂与铁（Ⅲ）显色反应的最佳条件。拟定了测定人发中痕量铁的分光光度法，结果满意。
A new reagent 2-(p-nitrophenylazo) morin was synthesized and its physical and chemical properties as well as analytical characteristics were studied. A systematic research on the optimal conditions of the reaction of p-NPAM with iron(Ⅲ) was carried out. Satisfactory results were obtained in determining trace iron in human hair with this reagent.
