合成了四种氯磺酚的衍生物,并对它的光度分析特性作了研究。指出这些试剂中,均三溴氯磺酚在弱酸性介质中与钪有较好的选择性。均三溴氯磺酚是暗棕色粉末,易溶于水中。在pH3~5弱酸性介质中,试剂与钪形成2:1配合物,其最大吸收在640nm处,摩尔吸光系数为2.98×10~4l·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),在0—16μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律。100~200倍的铈与镧不干扰钪的测定,该性能优于对氯偶氮氯膦。
Four derivatives of chlorosulphophenol were synthesized and examined for their spectrophotometric characteristics. It has been shown that among these reagents TB-chlorosulphophenol superior over chlorophosphonazo-p-Cl gives a more selective reaction with scandium in weak acidic medium. TB-chlorosulphophenol is a brown powder, easily soluble in water. In pH 3—5 weak acidic medium (ClCH_2COOH—CICH_2COONa),scandium reacts with the reagent to form 1:2 complex, having an absorption maximum at 640 nm. Under the conditions employed, the molar absorptivity was found to be 2.98×10~4 L ·mol^-1·cm^(-1). Beer's law is obeyed for 0—16μg/25ml of Sc. 100—200 fold Ce and La do not interfere.
