摘要
研究了 8-QAQ与 Cu( )在 p H=8.4缓冲溶液中的显色反应 ,实验结果表明 ,利用此反应测定 Cu( )的灵敏度较高 ,表观摩尔吸收系数为 5.9× 1 0 4 L·mol- 1· cm- 1,线性范围 0 .8~ 1 .6μg.应用于大米中微量Cu( )的测定 ,获得了满意的结果 .
This paper studies the color reaction between 8 QAQ and Cu(Ⅱ) in a solution of pH 8.4.Experiment results show that it is a reaction of high sensitivity in determining Cu(Ⅱ),with a molar absorptivity of 5.9×10 4 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 ,and a linear range of 0.8~1.6 μg.It was used in determining the trace Cu(Ⅱ) in rice and a satisfactory result was obtained.
