摘要
液体磁性磨具在无外磁场作用下时表现出良好的流体特性;但在强磁场的作用下在毫秒级的时间内增加两个数量级以上,表现出类似固体的特性,这种特性称为液体磁性磨具的流变性。利用这种流变性实现光整加工的方法称为液体磁性磨具光整加工法。研究了液体磁性磨具微观结构后,对其加工机理进行了分析。
The liquid-magnetic abrasive tool has the typical liquid characteristics when there is no external magnetic field around it.When a strong magnetic field is applied,lts viscosity will increase more than 100 times within a few of milliseconds and it will show the characteristics that resemble solid.We call this feature as rheological property.On the base of researching on the micro-structure of liquid-magnetlc abrasive tool,the polishing mechanism is analyzed in this paper.
