摘要
用球形羰基铁颗粒、硅油和油酸制备了磁流变液(MRF),该MRF不加外磁场时就呈现非牛顿性,MRF的剪切应力τ随剪切率γ的变化关系为一曲线,其表现粒度随剪切速率的增大而减小,在外磁场作用下,MRF的迅速增大两个数量级,MRF呈现一定的屈服应力τy=94.7Pa,当τy后,MRF的流变特性满足Bingham模型。
We prepared magnetorhelogical fluid (MRF) consisted of carbonyl iron, silicone oil and oleic acid. In the absence of a magnetic field, the present MRF behaves as non-Newtonian fluid and shear thinning.under the influence of a magnetic field, the appearent viscosity of the MRF increases up to two orders of magnitude and exhibits a yield stress ty= 94. 7Pa. When shear stress τ>τy, the rheological properties of MRF satisfy Bingham model.
