摘要
随着高新技术在兵器领域的应用,使火炮制造技术发生了很大的变化,对火炮零部件进行精密加工变得越来越迫切。首先设计了利用强制螺旋流进行身管内表面光整加工的机构结构;其次对设备运动过程中的流场特性进行了分析;最后选择了合理的计算模型和控制方程内容。
With the application of new technology in the area of weapon,great change has taken place in artillery manufacture and design ,and precision machining of artillery parts becomes more urgent. In this paper,the compulsive spiral flow ways used to finish the inner surface of barrel are presented ,and the characters of flow field of the equipment in finishing are analyzed. At last, the reasonable calculation model and the content of control equation are chosen.
