摘要
目的观察金嗓散结丸对Nd：YAG激光切除声带息肉、小结术后疗效的影响。方法经纤维喉镜导入Nd：YAG激光光纤进行声带息肉、小结切除手术210例，在术后常规处理的基础上加用金嗓散结丸治疗，与未用该药的150例作对照。随访6个月至2年，比较两组疗效。结果金嗓散结丸组有效率为91．4％，对照组为84．7％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（Χ^2=10．74，P〈0．01）。在两组治愈的病例中，声带形态和发声基本恢复正常所需平均时间：金嗓散结丸组为23．1d，对照组为29．2d。两组比较差异有统计学意义（Χ^2=14．48，P〈0．01）。结论声带息肉、小结Nd：YAG激光切除手术后，在常规处理的基础上加用金嗓散结丸能够促进声带的恢复，缩短病程。（中国眼耳鼻喉科杂志，2007，7：33～34）
Purpose To observe the therapeutic effects of Jinsangsanjie Pills （JSSJP） on polyp and/or nodules of vocal cords following Nd： YAG laser surgery. Methods Three hundred sixty cases with polyp and/or nodules of vocal cords were divided into 2 groups： the JSSJP group （210 cases）, the patients were administrated orally with JSSJP （6g, 2/d for 18 days） after resection of polyp or nodules with the laser surger; the control group （ 150 cases）, no JSSJP treatment after the same surgery. All the cases were followed up for 6 to 24 months, and the therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rates was 91.4% in the JSSJP group and 84.7% in the control group （ Χ^2 = 10.74, P 〈 0.01） . The average time for recovery of the vocal cords in the JSSJP group was 23.1 days, 29.2 days in the control group. Conclusion JSSJP favourably influeuces recovery of vocal cords and shortens recovery time following Nd： YAG laser surgery. （ Chin J Ophthalmol and Otorhinolaryngol, 2007,7 ： 33-34）
