摘要
目的 :探讨脉冲式Nd :YAG激光切除钩突治疗前组鼻窦炎的方法和效果。方法 :为 6例前组鼻窦炎患者行表麻后用脉冲式Nd :YAG激光烧灼钩突 ,炭化后取出 (输出功率 10W ,2 5次 s)。然后行筛窦开放术和上颌窦开口扩大术。术后随访 ,行内窥镜检查和复查鼻窦CT。结果 :6例均痊愈 ,无并发症发生。结论 :激光切除钩突结合常规手术治疗前组鼻窦炎有效、安全 。
Objective:To explore the methods and effects of pulse Nd:YAG laser by removed uncinate in the treatment of anterior nasosinusitis.Methods:After local anesthesia,pulse Nd:YAG laser was used to remove uncinate (power of output 10W,25/s)in 6 cases with anterior nasosinusitis,opened ethmoid sinus and maxillary sinus by ostiomeatal complex were performed for them.Postoperation follow-up,endoscopy and sinuses CT examination were undertaken.Results:6 patients were completely recovered,no complications occurred.Conclusion:Pulse Nd:YAG laser removed uncinate combined with ostiomeatal complex operation is an effective and safe method in the treatment of anterior nasosinusitis.
